This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") lists conduct that is prohibited when using the platform. It supplements the Terms of Service. Material violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Lawful use
You may not use the platform for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the United States. This includes, without limitation, fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or sanctions violations.
2. Prohibited industries and offerings
The following are not permitted on the platform:
- Adult or pornographic services.
- Gambling, sports betting, lotteries, or wagering services.
- Sales of firearms, ammunition, regulated weapons, or fireworks.
- Cannabis, controlled substances, or paraphernalia where prohibited.
- Illicit pharmaceuticals or unapproved medical claims.
- Multi-level marketing schemes, pyramid schemes, or chain referrals.
- Cryptocurrency exchanges, mixers, ICOs, or token sales.
- Debt-collection, payday lending, or high-cost credit services.
- Services designed to enable harassment, doxxing, or stalking.
3. Communications and consent
SMS and email sent through the platform must comply with US regulation (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC carrier rules) and any applicable laws of recipient jurisdictions. In particular:
- Only message customers who have opted in (via your booking form, signed waivers, or written consent).
- Honour STOP requests immediately. Do not message a number that has opted out.
- Do not use SMS or email for solicitation outside the booking lifecycle.
- Use the platform's reminder cadence (24h / 2h) only for legitimate appointment reminders, not as a marketing channel.
4. Payment integrity
- You may not artificially inflate transaction volume to qualify for higher tiers.
- You may not split a single sale across multiple charges to avoid fees, dispute thresholds, or hard caps.
- You may not use the platform to test stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Do not factor or sell receivables that originated on the platform without our consent.
5. Referral program integrity
- No self-referrals. Inviting yourself, an alias, or a household member to game bounties is prohibited.
- You must disclose your referral relationship when recommending the platform — this is an FTC requirement when you stand to earn a bonus.
- Referral bounties earned within 30 days of a referee's cancellation are subject to clawback.
6. Platform integrity
- No automated scraping, mass account creation, or load testing without prior written consent.
- No reverse engineering or attempts to bypass tenant isolation, rate limits, billing checks, or content moderation.
- No probing, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing of platform infrastructure without prior coordination through our security contact.
- No upload of malware, phishing pages, or content designed to compromise visitor devices.
7. Content responsibility
You are responsible for everything you publish on the platform — services, pricing, copy, gallery, testimonials, policies. Do not publish content you do not have rights to use, defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
8. Reporting violations
If you believe another tenant is violating this AUP, email the operator's support address with details. Reports are handled in confidence and the reporting party is not retaliated against.
9. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion, warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. For severe violations (illegal content, immediate harm to users, payments fraud) we may suspend without prior notice and report to the appropriate authorities.
10. Changes
We may update this AUP. Material changes will be communicated to tenant owners via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
